Nick Lachey was born November 9, 1973. Nick Lachey became a bonified celebrity as a member of the pop group 98 Degrees. The other members of 98 Degrees included Jeff Timmons, Nick's brother Drew Lachey and Justin Jeffre. In October of 2002, Lachey wed pop music chart topper Jessica Simpson. The pop music power couple soon settled into a $3 million home in Calabasas, California. Their day-to-day life in southern California would soon be followed by millions as the stars of their own realty series Newlyweds. The show aired from August 2003 until January 2005 on MTV. In November of 2005 Nick and Jessica announced that their three-year marriage would soon be coming to an end. Only a few weeks after the announcement, Jessica had found her new dream home - a five bedroom, seven bathroom, two-story home in Beverly Hills which she purchased for $5.3 million. The home also offers a very spacious 5,500 square feet. Two months after Jessica had firmly planted her feet in Beverly Hills, Nick doled out nearly the same amount of money for a home in Bel Air. Nick's new home, which he purchased from Grammy Award-winning soul vocalist Seal and his supermodel wife Heidi Klum, offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, swimming pool, 4,700 square feet, and is set on just under two acres.
