In January of 2008, Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano inherited a team that had just one victory the previous season. Sparano's Dolphins would end their first season under his leadership with a record of 11-5 and the AFC East title.

Tony Sparano and his wife Jeanette now make their home in the Stonebrook Estates community located in Davie, Florida. In April of 2008, Tony Sparano purchased a five bedroom, five bathroom, Mediterranean style home for $1.7 million. The home includes a bar, three-car garage, paver deck, swimming pool, intercom system, den, loft, and has 5,182 square feet.

The home was built in 2002 and had an original asking price of $2,375,000.

Tony Sparano was a part of the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff when Bill Parcells was the team's head coach. It was Parcells, who as Miami Dolphins vice president of football operations, recommended Sparano for the head coach position of the Dolphins.
