Just days after the premiere of Dancing with the Stars on June 1, 2005, host Tom Bergeron purchased this five-bed, five-bath, 4,061 square-foot French style home in Calabasas, California for $1,990,000. The home, which he shares with his wife Lois, was built in 1998 and was purchased for $5,000 less than the original listing price.

In addition to Dancing with the Stars, Tom Bergeron was the host of America's Funniest Home Videos from 2001 until 2017, and was the host of Hollywood Squares from 1998–2004. Tom and Lois also own a home in Greenwich, Connecticut.
It's clear Tom is quite content with his home, and for good reason, however there has been some recent real estate sales activity happening in the neghborhood. In August 2018, Tom's neighbors across the street at 24863 Paseo Del Rancho sold their 3,749 square-foot home for $1,875,000. Another home, not on the same street but close by, located at 3484 Daniella Court is currently for sale for $2,149,000. The 3,845 square-foot home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms.
The 64-year-old from Haverhill, Massachusetts has been hosting Dancing with the Stars since 2005, and as of April 2019 he's been show's host for 14 years.
