Popular host Terrence J parted ways with the show in 2012 after seven years but it didn't take long for him to land a possibly even loftier hosting opportunity. Terrence J is now hosting E! News along side Giuliana Rancic.

In 2008, the Queens, New York native paid $625,000 for a three-level condo just across the Hudson River from NYC in Guttenberg, New Jersey. The 1,764 square-foot unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half, cathedral ceiling, private balcony off the master bedroom, plus an oversized whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
