The Amazing Race 17 winners Nat Strand and Kat Chang were the first all-female team in the American edition of the show to cross the finish line first and win the $1 million prize. Since the 2010 competition the two medical doctors and best friends have practically become neighbors. A longtime resident of Newport Beach, California, Nat relocated to Santa Monica and is now renting this $3,800 a month condo just a few minutes away from Kat who has owned a home there for several years.
