The Amazing Race 17 winners Nat Strand and Kat Chang were the first all-female team in the American edition of the show to cross the finish line first and win the $1 million prize. Since the 2010 competition the two medical doctors and best friends have practically become neighbors. A longtime resident of Newport Beach, California, Nat relocated to Santa Monica and is now renting this $3,800 a month condo just a few minutes away from Kat who has owned a home there for several years.

The Amazing Race 17 kicked off in Gloucester, Massachusetts and spanned 32,000 miles across four continents and culminated with Nat and Kat crossing the finish line in Los Angeles, California, ahead of another female team, home-shopping hosts Claire Champlin and Brook Roberts.
