Kris Humphries purchased this condo in Miami Beach, Florida
for just under $1 million in December of 2007.

Kris Humphries is engaged to socialite Kim Kardashian. Humphries reportedly purchased a 20.5-carat Lorrain Schwartz diamond engagement ring which cost $2 million. Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe married Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom in 2009.

Humphries had a brief stint with the Dallas Mavericks before joining his current team the New Jersey Nets.
