Country music superstar Joe Nichols was born in Rogers, Arkansas. In September 2007 the 'Brokenheartsville' singer married his longtime girlfriend Heather Singleton and in March 2010 the couple purchased this home in the Holly Park community of Tyler, Texas.

Built in 2000, the 2,943 square-foot brick home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with Silestone counter tops and a center island, plus a breakfast bar that overlooks the family room. The home also has a side-entry three-car garage and boasts plantation shutters and wide crown moldings throughout.
Joe Nichols has topped the charts with the singles "Brokenheartsville," "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off" and "Gimmie That Girl" and has recorded numerous songs that made the Top Ten. Nichols returned to the charts in 2011 with the song "The Shape I'm In" from his 2009 album Old Things New.
