Just before the release of Rascal Flatts' fifth album Still Feels Good in September of 2007, Jay DeMarcus purchased a home just a few miles southwest of downtown Nashville, TN in the gated community of Northumberland. Built in 1995, Jay DeMarcus paid $2,725,000 for the home set on just over an acre, which includes four bedrooms, a swimming pool, four fireplaces, and 10,700 square feet.
