When Tramar Dillard, much better known as Flo Rida, purchased a mansion in Miami Lakes, Florida in March of 2017 for $1,350,000, he purchased a true modern masterpiece.

The star rapper and songwriter's 7,199-square-foot set on over half an acre boasts a gourmet Italian kitchen, complete with solid wood cabinets and an open space design. The backyard is truly a resort-style oasis, featuring not one, but two pools, two Jacuzzis, and even a basketball court. The home also includes a spacious three-car garage and beautiful, lush landscaping.

It gets even better. The home is also equipped with the latest smart home technology, with tablets conveniently located in every room.

In July 2009, Flo Rida paid $1,607,500 for this Contemporary home in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Built on 2.31 acres, Flo Rida's former home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, resort-style swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court (later changed in to a basketball court), racquet ball court, indoor Koi pond, four stall barn, and 6,887 total square feet. Flo Ride sold the mansion in November of 2018 for $2,950,000.

The home also includes a two-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house.

Flo Rida's first chart success was the 2007 song "Low" featuring T-Pain. "Low" spent 10 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Flo Rida's song "Elevator" was his next hit single, reaching #16 on the Billboard Hot 100, followed by "In the Ayer" which reached #9. All three songs are from Flo Rida's debut album Mail on Sunday. Flo Rida's next single "Right Round" from his album R.O.O.T.S., saw him reclaim the #1 spot for six consecutive weeks in early 2009.
