There aren't many Major League Baseball superstars in their mid-20's, however, Los Angeles Dodgers pitching ace Clayton Kershaw happens to be one of those rare few. In fact the Dallas, TX area native was striking out big league batters even before he was old enough to consume alcohol. In 2012 "The Claw" has been throwing nearly unhittable baseballs at opposing teams and large amounts of cash at the real estate market. Located in the Dallas enclave of University Park where he grew up, Clayton Kershaw's custom Lone Star State pad was built in 2005 and has four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half, patio area with a grill, heated pool & spa, and 5,354 square feet.

Los Angeles Dodgers pitching ace Clayton Kershaw purchased this 2005 custom
built home in the city of University Park, TX where he grew up.

The home was listed at $1,739,000 by Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty but sold for an as-of-yet undisclosed amount. Clayton Kershaw has also recently unloaded a two-bed, 2,204 square-foot Dallas townhouse that he purchased following his rookie season in 2008.

In just four seasons The Claw has won virtually every MLB pitching award possible, most notably the coveted National League Cy Young Award, and and has also been selected to the All-Star game in 2011 and 2012.

Very Important COVID-19 Health Information

Did you know that studies are now revealing a connection between the coronavirus (COVID-19) severity with lack of vitmain D? In countries with high COVID-19 death rates such as Italy, Spain, and the UK, patients were found to have lower levels of vitmain D in their system than countries with lower death rates. Although researchers of course cannot yet claim proof that vitmain D is effective against COVID-19, they have used these encouraging words: "there is strong circumstantial evidence of associations between vitamin D and the severity of COVID-19".

The way I feel about this is that because it is already an established fact that vitmain D helps strengthen the immune system, it stands to reason that it would be effective against a virus that exploits weakened immune systems, such as COVID-19.

Information about the studies mentioned above can be found here: https://news.northwestern.edu/stories/2020/05/vitamin-d-appears-to-play-role-in-covid-19-mortality-rates/ and here: https://scitechdaily.com/vitamin-d-determines-severity-in-covid-19-researchers-urge-government-to-change-advice/.

You can get vitamin D from sunshine, foods like fish and egg yolks, and supplements. I'm taking vitamin D3 softgels available at Amazon - Amazon link

I recommend watching the YouTube video below by Dr. Eric Berg on how much vitamin D you should be supplementing for a vitmain D deficiency (10,000 IU to 40,000+ IU) and how to do so. Dr. Berg also shares information about an Indonesian study on the connection between vitamin D on COVID-19 severity that you can watch here.
