After joining the New York Rangers in mid-2008, Chris Drury purchased a home in New York City at The Century condominiums which are located in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Chris Drury paid $5,150,000 for his 1,686 square foot Upper West Side condo which offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, views of Central Park and the city skyline.

After playing one season for the Calgary Flames, Chris Drury was traded to the Buffalo Sabres on July 3, 2003. Less than three weeks after the trade, Chris Drury purchased a five bedroom, five bathroom, 3,143 square foot home in Manhattan Beach, California for $1,559,000. Drury sold the home in October 2009 for $1,755,000.
