Florida-born AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys has resided in southern California for many years. In December of 2006, AJ sold his home in Malibu for $2.2 million. Just a few months prior to parting with his Malibu digs AJ plunked down $2,458,000 for a Mediterranean-style home in Los Feliz. AJ now has the home back on the market with an asking price of $1,999,000. Watch the video below to see a virtual tour.



Built in 1958 the three-story, 3,244 square foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half, and features a patio with a built in bbq area. AJ also shares the same street with pop music hit maker/actress Mandy Moore, who purchased her home (also Mediterranean-style) for $1.7 million in 2002.

Fellow Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough also owns a home only a few miles away.
